I composed a modern day chant, Maori style, for my children. It goes like this (sung to the tune of a Maori welcome song):
"I'm your Mooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom.
List--EN tooooooooooooooooooo me,
Take your dish---ES to the si---INK, aaahh."
The kids were not all that impressed. I like it. It is rhythmic, somewhat melodic, and it gets right to the point.

I guess Maori children don't take their dishes to the sink, either... Maybe it would work if you said it in the style of a French waiter or maybe a midwestern pig call?
