More Tide Pooling Pictures

There is nothing like tide pooling to put Life into perspective. To the west is the roaring sea, angrily protesting the invasion of its territory. But at our feet are quiet little pools, each a busy world unto itself. The creatures in them intent only on their particular little interests. Standing between the Mighty Ocean and the intricate little worlds of intertidal organisms, I am always amazed by the display of the power and design of God. I wonder if this is where C.S. Lewis developed the idea for "The Magician's Nephew."

Rose plays with some sea anemones in a pool held by a depression in the rock.
